  Book a brief maintenance appointment through our online portal or visit our studio during walk-in hours to have your piece professionally reattached.

  Chain Replacement

  If the chain itself is damaged or lost, please contact our support team to discuss discounted replacement options, as these are not covered under the weld warranty.

  Verify Authenticity

  Please bring your original digital receipt or proof of purchase to your appointment to validate your warranty coverage for the service.
